03-09 Stainless Intercooler Piping Kit With HD T-Bolt Clamps and 5mm Boots

This is a direct bolt in Upgrade intercooler for the 03-09 dodge 2500-3500 5.9/6.7 Cummins. This kit replaces factory intercooler piping and boots with upgraded stainless steel pipe and 3" to 3.5" 5mm thick boots with HD t-bolt clamps. This kit is meant to be used with a 3rd gen manifold and turbocharger with a 2.75" outlet. Could be used with s300 3" outlets with a little massaging. This piping kit is much larger and stronger and will help flow a higher volume of air with less pressure. Less pressure means Less heat. So better efficiency. Also some of the 3rd gen dodges came with a plastic intercooler pipe on the drivers side that are prone to fail. These larger pipes and thicker boost boots paired with the best T-bolt clamps money buys will ensure you shouldn't ever blow a boost boot again. Great on a 450hp Tow truck and great on trucks seeing the 1000hp range drag racing and sled pulling!
